Firstly, we introduce to you Nick Gill. He has been in the AV industry now for 11 years, starting as a Reseller then moving to Distribution and now Working in Manufacturing for CTOUCH. His main focus for the last 5 years has been on Interactive touchscreens so he feels well suited to his new roll as CTOUCH BDM.
Nick has a wife and 2 young boys (Henry 6 and Toby 3). They very much enjoy their fun pack active weekends of football, fishing and riding motorbikes. Nick admits his sons are both better at fishing than him 😊. Personally he loves fishing to help him unwind but he also loves to go to the gym and train on his boxing skills, recently he competed in a charity boxing event and will start training again soon for his next fight. With having two young children, Nick and his wife do not get too much time for themselves but when they do they love to go away on short City breaks to enjoy nice food, wine and company (each other).
My new roll in CTOUCH will be a lot about building relationships with the Reseller market and helping out demonstrations for end users. “I am really looking forward to being part of a great team and building our UK base to become even bigger.”
Moving on to another addition to our team, Daniel Gavin. He has been in the AV/IT industry for almost 5 years, after leaving university in 2015. Daniel started working for Promethean, in an education solutions consultant role, providing demonstrations for touchscreen hardware and software to primary, secondary and HE/FE. He also provided training sessions and reseller support. Daniel then moved to a reseller role, where he sold into both education and corporate, as well as providing training plans to end users.
In his personal life, Daniel lives in Sunderland with his girlfriend. He loves anything to do with Football, (Especially Sunderland). Avid music addict with a love for concerts and festivals. He also likes to go travelling and visit different parts of the world, Greece being his favourite so far. Daniel enjoys being out of the house a lot, doing any sort of activity such as going for walks, camping, driving range, bowling, anything fun!
Being part of one of the fastest growing companies in The Netherlands is a great challenge and opportunity to be a part of and Daniel is looking forward to making the UK equally successful, in the future. “CTOUCH has a great family culture, with fun and creativity at the heart, I can’t wait to get started.”
