• How much will I get for my screen? - It depends on the condition, number of units, model and age, Send us the details including a picture and we should be able to provide a quote.
• Is there a minimum buyback quantity? - Yes ,five. if you require CTOUCH to collect them, if you have less than five we can discuss other options.
• Who is responsible for shipment? – CTOUCH will collect the units in quantities of five or more.
• Will you buy my screens back if I'm installing another brand? - Possibly, although you will get a better price if you are installing new CTOUCH screens, contact us for a quote.
• What screens will you buy? Laser Sky, Laser Nova, Riva, Riva D2, Riva R2 and Neo.
• Do the screens need to be working? Yes, the units need to be in working condition.
• When will I be paid? Once we have received the units into stock and verified the condition, payment will be made via your chosen reseller.
