Summer Promo 2022
- Purchase any qualifying CTOUCH touchscreen in the promotion period and receive a designated amount of holiday vouchers for free.
- The promotion ‘Summer Promo 2022’ runs from Wednesday 1st June 2022 to Wednesday 31st August 2022, or whilst stocks last.
- The promotion includes RIVA & Canvas screens only, and is only applicable to sizes 65” RIVA (MPN 10052465), 75” (MPN 10052475) and 86” (MPN 10052486), 65” Canvas (MPN 11052565/11062565/11072565), 75” Canvas (MPN 11052575/11062575/11072575) and 86” Canvas (MPN 11052586/11062586/11072586).
- The promotion also includes Heartbeat Fit activations.
- The promotion applies to successful bids only, registered within the promotion period. Bid are registered using our online Bid Registration Portal.
- The promotion applies to Orders placed and shipped within the promotion period of Wednesday 1st June 2022 to Wednesday 31st August 2022.
- The ‘Summer Promo 2022’ promotion is not valid with any other promo, offer or discount.
- The ‘Summer Promo 2022’ is only available on orders placed directly with CTOUCH UK Ltd by registered Resellers holding an account. The offer is not available through our distribution partners.
- The promotion is not redeemable for cash or credit
- Participants of the Promotion must register to be included in this promotion and in doing so shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Participants are liable for their own Tax and NI obligations in regard to receiving prizes associated with this promotion.
- CTOUCH UK Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.
- Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity related to the Promotion and shall participate in such activity on CTOUCH’s reasonable request.
- CTOUCH UK Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of CTOUCH UK Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- CTOUCH UK Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The offer will be governed by English law
- The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, i.e. England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. For the avoidance of doubt, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man are not part of the United Kingdom for these purposes.
- Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner or household member) of any of the following may not enter: CTOUCH BV. CTOUCH UK Ltd, Exertis Ltd.
- Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in CTOUCH UK Ltd’s determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants may be removed from the Competition at CTOUCH UK Ltd’s sole discretion.
