Thanks to our four trading entities in Germany, we're also gaining ground there. We're growing rapidly and therefore want to expand our German team with a Business Development Manager Education.

What are your tasks and responsibilities?

  • Inspiring educational institutions and companies in Germany for CTOUCH!
  • You will "live" in schools, universities, with educational suppliers, and in companies, where you will demonstrate, advise, and promote CTOUCH products and solutions.
  • You will prepare and accompany projects and tenders. You know exactly what's out there, where tenders come from, and whom/how you can influence. The "Holy Grail" of your work is projects and tenders directed towards CTOUCH products and solutions due to your efforts.
  • You will work closely with the Tender Manager. They handle the operational side of the process, prepare tenders with you, and process the tenders once they are published, while you influence stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with our Area Sales Managers, who oversee our reseller network.
  • You will constantly focus on increasing demand for CTOUCH products and solutions.
  • You will build an extensive network of decision-makers in the education and corporate sectors.
  • You will generate and pursue leads and be the contact person for product and solution inquiries.
  • You will initiate, organize, and roll up your sleeves at educational events, roadshows, and all sorts of other events.
  • You will keep your German colleagues and our team in Eindhoven constantly updated with your knowledge of the German education and corporate market.
  • You are part of the German sales team, and each team member supports the others in making CTOUCH even more successful in Germany.

What skills are required?

  • Minimum of a completed university degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Affinity with AV, ICT, and technology is a plus.
  • A network in the field of education and educational providers.
  • A brain full of fresh ideas, but also the ability to work in a structured and project-oriented manner.
  • Travel is required.
