Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp & CTOUCH Canvas: coming together digitally

The Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp has chosen CTOUCH Canvas screens as part of their digital transformation, with the aim of improving collaboration and communication between colleagues and departments. At this municipality, human interaction and teamwork are central.

Meetings redefined

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for better technology to enable effective meetings. With 590 employees spread across two locations (the municipal office and the field service), it was crucial to find a uniform, manageable, and affordable solution for meetings, collaboration, and hybrid working—one that was also top-tier in terms of security.

In collaboration with their partners BIS|Econocom and Dustin, the Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp's partners, selected CTOUCH Canvas screens.
The Canvas is the safest touchscreen and the most secure solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms that CTOUCH offers. The Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp chose our Canvas in combination with a Poly X52 bar for Microsoft Teams Rooms integration. This setup provides a simple and streamlined experience, ensuring all technology works seamlessly and uniformly.

Successful meetings in every room

The municipal office offers multiple options for civil servants to engage in their favourite activity: meetings. There are traditional meeting rooms, multifunctional workspaces, and open areas where a total of 53 Canvas screens of various sizes have been installed. These spaces encourage a more active work posture, with options such as standing desks and mobile projection screens.

The mayor, aldermen, municipal secretary, and the council chamber of the mayor and aldermen all have their own Canvas screens.
The variety in room setup, touchscreen options, and furniture provides all employees with the flexibility to choose a workspace with a touchscreen that suits their needs.

Fostering collaboration

And those needs are being met! The Canvas touchscreens make it easy for employees to hold meetings, edit documents, and collaborate, whether they are working from home or at the office. Both the employees and the IT department are highly satisfied!
