Meet Thijs
Our Service team is full steam ahead to help out as many customers as possible right before Christmas. A good start of 2020 is half the work and more CTOUCH fun around classrooms and meeting rooms. Good thing, two new Service heroes have joined our team. Thijs Hermans started November 6th as one of our Field Service Engineers.
Thijs has quite some technical product knowledge. Before he worked as a Technical Product Specialist at the Hewlett Packard support line. As HP is certainly not the least, Thijs had to deal with all kinds of technical issues and gained an extensive support experience.
The 30 year old technical expert from Helmond enjoys many hobbies in his free time. A mix of computer gaming, 3D printing, listening to music, watching movies, reading and enjoying his time with friends is what makes Thijs smile. And there’s more that makes him smile…SPOILER ALERT! Next year Thijs is getting married with his girlfriend. Congratulations to both of you! They better order a big wedding cake and share leftovers with the CTOUCH sweet teeth☺

Meet Erik
Thijs and our Field Service Engineer Dennis already knew each other from their time at HP. Another former HP technical expert has also joined the CTOUCH Service team begin December. Welcome, Erik Fluitsma! He’s 39 years old and currently lives in Oss, but he’s planning to move to ‘Eindhoven de gekste’ within a short term.
At Sitel for Hewlett Packard, Erik spent most of his time providing customers support by phone. Also he supervised the ‘newbie support agents’ during their first weeks. Already at Site,l Erik enjoyed working with Dennis and Thijs. Now they’re happily reunited and complement each other at CTOUCH.
Besides being a hard worker at CTOUCH, Erik is also a fanatic when it comes to playing board games with friends. Not sure if you should try to participate in Monopoly with Erik sitting across the table…During Summertime you find Erik enjoying music at several festivals like Pinkpop and Sziget (Budapest). Taking photos of photogenetic locations such as NS train stations, typical landscapes, abandoned places and more is another busy hobby of Erik.
