CTOUCH is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This statement describes the steps we take to protect your personal data when you visit one of our websites.

It also explains what personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use this data and the choices you have with regard to our use of this data. This section concerns data obtained directly from you. In general you can visit the CTOUCH websites without supplying personal data. On certain pages we ask you for personal data so that we can respond to your question/request. The personal data we collect may consist of:

  • Data that is used to adapt our websites and make them easier to use.
  • Information requests about our products and services.

We do not link this information with your identity.


We collect information obtained directly from you on pages where we ask for your personal data. This may happen, for example, when you request a free demo or a quote, or when we answer your questions. This information consists of contact details such as your name, email address and telephone number.


We may use your personal data to improve our websites and related products or services from CTOUCH. It is also used to make our websites easier to access, e.g. by removing the need to provide the same information repeatedly or by adapting our websites to your specific preferences or interests.


With your permission, we may use personal data we have collected through our websites to inform you about products or services from CTOUCH. When we collect data that can be used to contact you, we always give you the opportunity to indicate that you do not wish to be contacted in this way. In addition, all emails that we send contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe, so that you no longer receive the emails. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from the relevant list within ten working days.

    Category: Tracking cookies
    Purpose: These cookies allow us to see which pages you are viewing. Based on this information, we can show you relevant advertisements on our (partner) sites. We can track whether you click on advertisements, how many times you have seen an advertisement and whether you fill out a form or place an order after you have seen or clicked on an advertisement. Without these cookies, you would miss out on personalized offers.
    Duration: These cookies come from Google and are deleted after a maximum of 18 months.
  • Facebook
    Category: Tracking cookies
    Purpose: These cookies allow us to see which products you are viewing. We can use this information to display advertisements on Facebook that are relevant to you. Without these cookies, you would miss out on personalized offers.
    Duration: These cookies come from Facebook and are stored for a maximum of two years.
  • Google Analytics
    Category: Analytical cookies
    Purpose: We use Google Analytics to assess how you use our websites. For example, we can see how you found our websites. We use this knowledge to keep improving our websites. Without these cookies we would not have your data. We therefore would not see how you use our websites, and you would have to wait longer for improvements as a result.
    Duration: These cookies come from Google and are deleted after a maximum of two years.
  • Hotjar
    Category: Analytical cookies
    Purpose: With the aid of Hotjar we can record how you use our website, for example by tracking your click behavior. We can use this information to optimize how our website functions.
    Duration: These cookies come from Hotjar and are deleted after one year.
  • LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
    Category: Tracking cookies
    Purpose: This cookie connects visitors to any advertising campaigns in LinkedIn.
    Duration: These cookies come from LinkedIn and are deleted after one year.
  • ActiveCampaign
    Category: Tracking cookies
    Purpose: ActiveCampaign is an email marketing system providing personalized mass email marketing that takes into account the interests of an individual.
    Duration: These cookies come from ActiveCampaign and are deleted after one year.
  • Bing
    Category: Tracking cookies
    Purpose: This cookie connects visitors to any advertising campaigns in Bing Ads.
    Duration: These cookies come from Microsoft Bing and are deleted after one year.


According to legislation applicable in the Netherlands, we should ask permission before storing these cookies. Unfortunately, the use of embedded content from third parties, such as presentations from YouTube or Vimeo, can lead to information about visitors being retained. We have no control over this. You may be able to use tools like Ghostery to block this action.


Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies, but you can alter the settings of your browser to decline all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services on our websites and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser. Cookies can always be removed from a computer; this is also done via the browser.

CTOUCH shares your data with partners with whom we collaborate closely (distributors and resellers). They will contact you to provide the necessary follow-up on your request for information or a quotation.


CTOUCH commissions other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as hosting websites, sending data and analyzing websites. We share only the elements of your personal data that these companies need to deliver these services. The companies and their employees are not authorized to use your personal data for other purposes.


We may share personal data if required by law or if we believe in good faith that this is necessary in order to comply with legal requirements or legal action with which we are faced, to protect and defend our rights or property, or in urgent cases to protect the personal safety of individuals.


CTOUCH is dedicated to ensuring the security of your personal data. We use various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal data against unauthorized use and unauthorized access or disclosure. For example: The personal data that you provide to us is stored on computer systems to which access is restricted; those computers are located in facilities to which access is also restricted. When you request information that is unique to you, we use security technologies that comply with the industry standard, such as the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), to send this information encrypted via the Internet.


In certain cases you can check and correct personal data provided through our websites by going to the page on which you entered this information. In all cases, you can request that personal data collected through our websites be checked and corrected, or you can contact us and ask CTOUCH to stop using this information. We may need to take steps to verify your identity before we give you access to your personal data. You can help us ensure that your information is correct by informing us of changes to your postal address, telephone number or email address.


Our websites may contain links to other sites, such as sites of CTOUCH distributors and resellers, professional organizations and public authorities, as well as publications. Although we try to only provide links to sites that have the same high standards and the same respect for privacy as we do, we are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of other sites.

CTOUCH may revise this privacy statement from time to time. When we do this, we change the ‘Last modified’ date that appears at the bottom of this privacy statement. We will request your permission for any changes to this privacy statement that substantially broaden the way in which your personal data is used or shared in ways that were not published in this privacy statement at the time the data was collected.


CTOUCH is entitled to change the content of the privacy policy without informing visitors. Implementation of the change on the websites is sufficient action.
